Why it costs you nothing
Austin properties pay locators a commission to bring them good tenants — it's built into their marketing budget whether you use me or not. The guy behind the texts
I'm Hunter Hudson — a licensed Texas real estate agent living right by UT. I got my license while most people my age were figuring out parking passes, and I've spent it inside Austin's rental market: touring the buildings, learning which managers answer their phones, and which "luxury" units are a paint job over a window unit.
