Is this really free? What's the trick?
Free to you, always — the property pays my commission. And you can verify me: I'm a licensed Texas agent (#839062) — search my license on TREC's public site. That's exactly the protection a scam can't fake.
I don't have a US guarantor. Is it hopeless?
No. Between guarantor services, prepaid-rent options, and larger deposits, there is almost always a path — I'll tell you which buildings accept which.
Can my parents be involved?
Please — I'm happy to do a video call with your family, share every document, and record the tours for them. Their peace of mind is part of the job.
What documents should I have ready?
Passport, I-20 or admission letter, and proof of funds. I'll give you the exact per-building list before you apply, so nothing surprises you.
