What does this cost me?
Nothing. The property pays my commission — your rent is identical with or without me.
Can you work with agency housing stipends?
Yes — tell me the stipend and I'll shortlist to keep you cash-positive on it.
What if my contract extends or gets cut?
I steer you to properties with realistic transfer, extension, and early-termination terms — and I'm still your guy for the next assignment.
How fast can you move?
Panic-speed. If your start date is in two weeks, say so and I'll have a shortlist to you within a day.
